NEW ORLEANS— The ACLU of Louisiana sent its annual reminder to the Superintendents of all Louisiana public school boards today, that they may not legally discriminate against LGBT students’ participation in prom or other school dances. Students must be allowed to bring dates of the same sex to school dances, and may wear attire considered typical of any gender.
